Introduction

For automation system business unit, we are looking for FA Digitization marketing manager. The main responsibility is to push FA digitization module and FA product portfolio based on FA digital solutions to relevant channels and customers, support industry sales and jointly develop target customers to gain market share in the automation system market.

What are my responsibilities?

·  Analyze market & business opportunity of FA digitalization module and FA product portfolioincluding development of product strategy
·  Regional 4P strategy with focus of increasing business of FA digitalization module and FA product portfolio based on FA digital solution at key OEM and SI
·  Being the marketing manager, drive and support all channels to achieve target of responsible product and solution modules
·  Drive and support IS colleague and external partner
·  Promotion of FA digital solution at key OEM, SI and distributor
·  Synergize resource with BU and sales to optimize the decision process
·  Deliver knowledge
·  Organize and Provide intensive FA digital solution training internally and externally
·  Organize local promotion activities
·  Develop target customer/project
·  Define the target OEM and SI/project
·  Track the pilot machine/project development

What do I need to qualify for this job

·  Experience and knowledge in virtual commissioning , IT system or MES
·  Rich knowledge of responsible SIEMENS products or competitors corresponding products
·  Solid technical background and best knowledge withC#, Java, VB, HTML5...
·  Marketing or Sales experience in SI, distributor or international/domestic automation system supplier
·  Bachelor or above.
·  2-5 years working experience in automation, IT
·  Knowledge of English for daily business communication
·  Good communication skills internally and externally, and good ability to listen
·  Good presentation skills to present in front of large audience
·  Quick learner and with good business sense
·  Ability for structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up
·  Team work spirit
·  Willingness to travel is required
