This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career.  This is Not a traditional Engineering position.   As a Service Business Development Strategic Professional – Business Excellence, you will be responsible for:
 
• Investigating optimization opportunities and overall impact to the organization using data analysis, workshops, reviews and strategic directives.
• Formulating business cases for high impact continuous improvement opportunities.
• Executing optimization activities by engaging the identified resources, setting up of monitoring mechanisms, controls, key performance indicators (KPIs) and regular follow up.
• Coordinating with technical leads within regional and global service support functions to identify opportunities related to product quality, product training, clinical applications of Siemens’ healthcare products and customer education.
• Managing a funnel of executable continuous improvement opportunities determined from data related to productivity, efficiency and processes.
• Communicating progress to key stakeholders, including global and US executive management.

• Enhanced communication skills in matrix style organization 
 

Required skills to have for the success of this role:
 
• BS/BA or advanced degree with a major in Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or similar


• 0-2 Years’ experience in the healthcare industry


LEAN Practitioner/Six Sigma Green Belt  Preferred
Excellent analytical skills
Methodological approach to define scope, action plans and delivery.
• Strong presentation and communication skills 
• Experience with database analysis
• Proficiency in MS office 365
• Fluency in English
