Job Description:

Project Scheduler will be responsible for working closely with technical experts/project leads and project managers in creating and managing project schedules;
Work closely with others in linking critical activities across multiple internal sub-projects;
Creating and publishing high level integrated master schedules.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree (is a plus);
Education/Certifications: Certification for MS-office, MS-Project, MS-Visio & Primavera P6;
Two years of experience working as a Project Scheduler for several projects simultaneously;
Two years of MS Project and Primavera P6 scheduling experience;
International experience is and added value;
English – C2 Level as Minimum (is a plus);
Other Languages such as German, Spanish are added value.

Activities:

Develop Comprehensive Project Schedules from Drafts and Inputs, MS-Project and Primavera P6;
Coordinates project schedules and recommends appropriate lead-lag times;
Coordinates and tracks multiple key projects and tasks;
Maintains a reliable resource loaded Schedule;
Tracks and updates personnel and projects progress and critical path on a daily basis;
Creates tracking reports for various levels of management;
Plans workload for multiple project management teams and de-conflicts resources;
Contributes to program improvements;
Works with project subcontractors and Customer - scheduling level.

Additional:
- Some travel will be required.
