For our Process Engineering department in Siemens Wind Power Blades we are looking for a committed and motivated Process Engineer. You will become part of a global team of Process Engineers working on developing new and optimizing existing processes within Blades Manufacturing.

What are my responsibilities?

· You will be responsible for designing, developing and optimizing our global process flows incl. equipment process dependencies

· Designing and documenting “critical to-parameters” for processes within the scope of work

· You will have the strategic overview of process development and road mapping

· Contribute to or leading the process development

· Actively engage in process development and optimizations

· Analyzing production needs and translating it into equipment specifications

· Ensuring Best Practice sharing across the product portfolio and various plants

· Implementing process design updates in the running production and field repair solutions

· Collaborating with other internal departments e.g. the Technology department and the Quality department

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Logistics or similar

· You are experienced in developing functional specifications for tools and equipment

· You have experience in Lean manufacturing and/or logistics systems

· You have a structured approach to your work as well as the ability to handle simultaneous assignments without losing overview

· You are able to work both independently and in teams

· You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing
