Then come and join our global team as  Special Projects Manager / Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to drive forward Marketing and Sales Operations at Siemens Healthineers.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

·  Working directly alongside the Siemens Healthineers Marketing and Sales Operations (SHS M&S) management team as a proactive sparring partner, you will be involved in a variety of operational, strategic and global initiatives. In this capacity, you will act on your own responsibility, demonstrating personal initiative and strong commitment, in close consultation with SHS M&S management. You will also collaborate closely with the global M&S management team (regions and business areas)
·  You will assume responsibility for selected special projects of strategic importance for SHS M&S and will coordinate these autonomously within and outside departmental boundaries, enthusing the project team members with your passion for the topics concerned
·  You will steer the strategic planning process in collaboration with the M&S departmental heads and the M&S management team in regions and business areas
·  You will autonomously plan and design workshops and meetings for global M&S management, play an active part in facilitating these, and compile the results and the minutes with action items in a timely manner
·  Working independently, you will draw up and design convincing presentations (preferably in English) tailored to specific target groups (from technical specialists right through to top management level), and will interact eloquently with these target groups
·  You will also support global M&S communications (for example by editing regular M&S updates and preparing presentations on demand for the Head of M&S)

Your qualifications and experience:

·  You have a degree in business administration, engineering or science (preferably with a focus on medicine or medical technology). Ideally, you also have an MBA
·  You have many years of professional experience in relevant fields, such as strategic planning, as executive assistant  or similar
·  Several years of experience in management consulting would be advantageous
·  You have already proven yourself capable of managing projects effectively in complex organizational structures

Your attributes and skills:

·  Your strong analytical skills enable you to analyze complex interrelationships and to present them to the highest management level in a clear and efficient manner
·  Your ability to communicate effectively in English enables you to interact smoothly with national and international colleagues and to prepare documents in English
·  You work confidently with people across all levels (from management down to colleagues in the specialist departments), who see you as a valued partner
·  You put your highly confident and self-assured manner, your keen facilitation skills and your methodological expertise (e.g. structured problem-solving, retrospectives) to good use when working with cross-functional teams to complete your tasks and attain your targets
·  You are willing to work flexible hours and undertake business trips, for example to attend workshops, as and when the situation requires (business travel will account for approximately 20% of your working time)
