At our Lisbon Hub nearly 1300 employees from 41 nationalities provide different types of services – Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Care and much more - to over 60 Siemens entities across the world, in 20 different languages.

Our Global Business Service Center support Siemens’ companies worldwide to achieve excellence in their internal process, allowing our colleagues to fully focus on their business.

What role will you play?

·  Support end users (e-mail);
·  Assure collaboration, alignment and communication with other service lines;
·  Keep support documents and reference pages updated with the latest information;
·  Data and employee lifecycle event management related to employees (from onboarding to termination);

How does that sound? Our perfect candidate must have…

·  Bachelor degree or equivalent in HR, Psychology, Social Sciences or similar (preferable);
·  Minimum 1/2 years of experience in similar functions;
·  Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory (any other foreign language is considered a plus);
·  Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook);
·  Team Player, with a strong customer focus, results & quality orientation;
·  Reliable, organized, autonomous and with strong communication skills;
·   "Dynamic" - be flexible to change tasks due to automation of assigned activities.
