We currently have an exciting opportunity for a junior engineer to join our Mobility business, based in Mackay, Brisbane as a Electrical Supervisor.

Key responsibilities of this role will be to assist the Electrical Supervisor in:

·Performs mainly pre-defined, technical tasks (for example, basic commissioning of products and systems, integration of

·Components to a system, basic engineering, maintenance jobs) and work packages on-site and remotely.

·Supports customer remotely and onsite, and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.

·Coordinates and accomplishes defined service operations and/or resolves product issues for customer's equipment.

·Supports in generating sales leads for pre-defined service offers and contributes to planning activities.

·Adheres to defined processes and applicable regulations.

In order to be considered for this role you will have the following:

·Open Electrical License

·Supervise Electrical Work in the workshop

·Competent to perform the role of QTP for a Queensland electrical contractor licence including but not limited to:

-Develop and implement risk management systems, policies, procedures and job safety assessments.

-Develop safe work procedures for the way electrical work is carried out (e.g. live work, installation testing procedures, emergency rescue).

-Ensure that electrical work complies with the Wiring Rules and other standards

-Ensure that electrical workers are trained and know how to implement the business's installation inspection and testing procedures.

-Audit and enforce compliance with the electrical contractor's risk management system.

-Review and update safe work procedures when common issues and/or defects are identified, or when there are changes to the nature of the work.

·Vibration analysis and balancing of Blower Motors (Full training provided)

·Assist with Mechanical work streams when required
