Job Description

Your new role – challenging and future – oriented

· 
Support in the management of project through efficient processing of information to and from project team

· 
Operate and Administer the documentation system

· 
Support and facilitate communication within the project teams

· 
Responsible for the administrative infrastructure for the project team

· 
Update the database and assist in filing of documents where required

· 
Develop and prepare timelines, work/project plans and schedules for client(s).

· 
Administer and prepare safety documents according to individual site requirements;

· 
Manage and maintain the project asset register;

· 
Booking of staff safety courses and manage staff safety training;

· 
Carry out other admin duties as necessary.

Your Qualifications – Solid and Appropriate

· 
University degree in a related field;

· 
English knowledge – advanced;

· 
German knowledge represents an advantage;

· 
Minimum working knowledge about project management;

· 
Possess at least 2 years relevant experience in handling project documentation, provide logistics support and any other administrative responsibilities and tasks.

· 
An effective team player who is meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· 
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office application;

· 
Excellent communications skills (essential);

· 
Assertive and influential (essential).
