Responsibilities:
Commercial Project Management including:
· Commercial evaluation of customer/supplier contracts
· Structured follow-up of projects in specific project controlling tools
· Obtaining and archiving of purchase orders for projects
· Invoicing according to project milestones
· Preparation of project status reports
· Check project documentation
· Controlling of Key Figures (expected/actual costs; expected/actual cost charging) and deviation analysis
· Strong and proactive communication with technical & business administration department heads, technical staff, project management, procurement and customer on commercial issues
· Prepare and present project commercial data for financial audit purposes
Controlling activities including:
· Cost center/profit center controlling
· Support for yearly planning process and monthly forecasts regarding the departments key performance indicators
· Analysis of plan/actual data for area of responsibility
· Calculation of hourly rates
· Evaluation and monitoring of provisions and accruals for area of responsibility
· Reporting activities towards Headquarter
Operation Manager for Corporate Technology Cluj location:
· ensuring that location meets government regulations and environmental, health and security standard
What do I need, to qualify for this job
· Good knowledge of commercial and controlling topics;
· 3-5 years work experience in similar capacity, preferable in IT Industry
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications, main focus on Excel
· Experience in SAP financial System
· Language skills: excellent English skills, written and verbal
· German language written and verbal represents an advantage
· Experience in a multinational company represents an advantage
