Your main duties will be to
· provide assistance and administrative support in the area of international business travel assignments worldwide
· check and assess liabilities in the immigration, social security and tax areas
· provide information to business travelers
· initiate and process necessary requirementse.g. work visa, work permit, social security certificates, tax service orders
· administer internal company travel tool
· deliver documents related to business travel assignments (e.g. visa documents, summary email, reports)
· maintain data (correct data-entry, completeness and accuracy)

What we expect from you:
· minimum high school degree
· advanced English
· interest to work in the field of administration (80 % of the job)
· ability to summarize complex topic
· self-motivated and detail-oriented person
· ability to work in a team
· intercultural sensitivity, very good communication skills
