IT Business Systems Analyst  -  Eynsham Nr. Oxford

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Systems Analyst to work across our business at Siemens Healthineers near Oxford.

What is the purpose of the role?

As Business Analyst you will help the business embrace digitalisation to transform company wide functions & processes with an emphasis on leading change and collaboration

You will be working across all functions / departments to develop and implement new solutions & support existing processes across a broad range of technologies.

The roles requires a broad IT understanding including infrastructure and ERP systems (SAP would be an advantage).

This role will also have responsibility for working with central it and 3rd party service providers to resolve 3rd level support issues.

As Business Analyst your duties and responsibilities will include:

·  Be a catalyst for change.  We are looking for a Business Analyst who has the vision to make a difference and ability to bring others with them.
·  Work with central IT and 3rd party serviced providers to resolve 2nd / 3rd line support issues.
·  Conduct ‘As now and future state workshops’
·  Work across all business areas to capture issues, opportunities and requirements.
·  Lead projects and work closely with all levels of the business.
·  Ability to make business case justifications for prioritising projects.
·  Collaborate and build relationships to understand what the business needs and why.
·  Use data to inform decisions.

Experience Required:

·  Broad technical IT understanding.
·  Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally.
·  Ability to influence change through use of data.
·  Strong levels of knowledge in ERP – ideally in SAP
·  Ability to work in a fast paced, highly visible environment
·  Degree or equivalent in an IT related subject with strong general IT "know how"
·  Experienced in leading on and delivering strong business requirements gathering and analysis skills
·  Must have experience of working to and within an ITIL Framework Proven track record in IT project deliver
