With about 4,500 employees, Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited (STS) combine five units: Corporate Technology India, Functional Shared Services, Corporate Finance, Corporate Finance Audit, and Siemens Management Consulting.

Functional Shared Services is an international cross-function unit with three elements: Regions (customer-facing organizations), Business Lines (responsible for product portfolio and development) and Global Operations with six delivery centers (responsible for the delivery of services). FSS in India hosts the delivery center under the global operations and the region function for Asia and Australia. It provides Accounting and Finance Services, Human Resource Services, Supply Chain Management Services, Call Center Services, and several regional expertise-based services to Siemens and Non-Siemens Companies worldwide.

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

Back Office Support Operator

· You will be performing the assigned tasks on a timely manner with highest standards of quality
· And rigorous follow up and closure of pending queries/open topics with ownership.
· You are expected to complete reporting of handled activities on weekly/monthly basis (as per requirements)
· You will keep adherence to robust tracking mechanism on processed transactions on a daily basis.
· You are expected to flexible to work in night shift.

· You are required to have excellent customer service, Interpersonal skills,quality oriented with eagerness to learn.
· You should have min 1 year to 5 years of experience in Back Office Support Operatorations.
