To expand our business footprint in Belgium we are looking for a talented individual to join this our growing organisation as Business Manager.
Role Description
Recruitment Manager is a key and diversified role in People Recruitment and Employer Branding.
People Recruitment
Work closely with Sales Manager and clients to successfully source candidates
Identify potential candidates through job boards searching and adverts, contact networking, referral
Screen candidates
Call potential candidates to assess suitability for roles
Organize interviews and participate to interviews as and when required
Communicate and report on activity regularly at all levels
Update the internal database and maintaining contact with candidates
Manage the administrative HR process in case of hiring
Manage yearly review with Setelia employee
Employer Branding
Promote & Manage company image on Social Network
Get closed contact with consultants and free-lance
Be connected to the market through events, …
Profile
- Graduate with a Master degree or equivalent in Human Resources or in Business
- First experience in Recruitment / Consulting, internship or as employee
- Minimum knowledge in Technology sector’
- Ready to join a small size organisation and be able to work on autonomous base
- Good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active
- Interpersonal sales & communication skill
- Independent & autonomous
- Knowledge of office suite
- Fluent in English, French
