To expand our business footprint in Belgium we are looking for a talented individual to join this our growing organisation as Business Manager.
Role Description
Business Manager is a key and diversified role with 3 mains activities:
- Sales Development
- People Recruitment
- Management
A Business Manager you will be responsible of your own Business Unit, sales development, hiring and management at people & financial level. Business Manager key indicators’ are revenue generation, people hiring, customer satisfaction and margin.
Sales Development
o Identify, follow-up and close new business opportunities through intensive identification of new customers
o Deal closing either on service based contract, fixed price or time & materials with high attention on margin
o Manage the sales process, from marketing down to offer drafting and reporting
People Recruitment
o Screen candidates, identify potential candidates through job boards searching and adverts, contact networking, referral,
o Call potential candidates to assess suitability for roles
o Make interviews and selection
o Close the hiring
o Communicate and report on activity regularly at all levels
o Update the internal database and maintaining contact with candidates
Management
o Manage your consultant team
o Guide their professional development (annual review, training, …)
o Monitor your own P&L
Profil:
The Business Manager has an entrepreneurship mind-set. The development of your activity is endless and as a consequence to your responsibilities and evolution.
Graduate with a Master degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Engineering
Knowledge in IT, Telecoms & Technology sectors’
Ready to join a start-up and be able to work on autonomous base
Good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active
Interpersonal sales & communication skill
Independent & autonomous
Fluent in English / French
