Our client is the world leader in the design and manufacture of liquid lenses. This multidisciplinary technology combines mechanics, materials science, optics, chemistry and electronics.
They are used in a large number of applications: barcode reading, medical imaging, biometrics, industrial imaging.
This position is located in a dynamic structure with very strong growth. Highly international oriented activities, the vast majority of customers, partners and suppliers located outside France.
Responsibilities and missions
Under the responsibility of the Sales & Marketing Manager, the Account Manager will be in charge of developing commercial projects in a given territory (Asia, Europe, North America, ...)
Activities:
The main tasks of the post are as follows:
-Creation of new markets
Animation sales network (distributors / agents): Training, Dual visits, Business Development, Selection of new sales channels.
Prospecting, participation and animation of seminars and specialized exhibition.
-Customer Portfolio Management
Customer support (technical questions, design support)
Price negotiation, contracts and life cycle monitoring of products ...
Profil recherché
Technical training (Master or equivalent in related fields such as optics or electronics)
Successful experience (3-5 years) in international sales or having 3-5 years of technical experience in an international environment and wanting to move towards sales »
Knowledge validated in optics and / or electronics and sales techniques.
Required qualities
Good interpersonal skills, strength of conviction, ability to negotiate, cultural openness.
Mastery of imperative English, the practice of a second language (Mandarin for example) would be a plus, that of French is not a prerequisite.
Frequent travel abroad (Europe, North America, Asia)
Position to be filled as soon as possible.
Full time position.
You will be employed directly by our client.
