Job description
Reporting to Field Devices SEA Sales Manager, responsible for Field Devices sales volume and support activity for Thailand as well as other assigned SEA countries
Achieve sales target (total number and by Product Lines).
Manage Field Devices distributors, drive the distribution channels for business growth;
Handle direct Field Devices project pursuit such as large size EPC projects;
Sales contract negotiation and handling;
Support local Field Devices OEM business;
Develop and maintain sales plan for the countries assigned;
Accurate sales forecasting and reporting for the countries assigned; monitoring& analyzing sales volumes, pipeline activity, competitive activity;
To identify, appoint and recruit new channel partners in the market places;
Increase market coverage of new geographic / industry areas;
Penetrate and expand business into new customer accounts;
Coordinate with Field Devices global team to provide product support to distributors and internal team;
Coordinate on sales training, product training;
coordinate with team to ensure support and services to customer, and achieve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Engineering;
Fluent in English;
Good knowledge on Field Devices product;
Solid Field Devices sales background and proven sales track record;
Strong distributor channel management experience;
Able to travel; possess own car;
Besides Thailand, prefer to have sales experience in other countries such as Myanmar & Vietnam.
