Further to the growth of the Line of Business "Transformers" which consists of 9 units worldwide and generates 500 m€ of Sales with 3000 employees, at the international level, it is necessary to strengthen the management teams by recruiting and developing young talents which can become afterwards International Management sales analysts within the Group.

MISSION :

The candidate will be integrated into the Tendering VP, based in France Transfo, Metz, and in permanent link with the units. He/She will bring competencies and support the team on the following subjects, related to existing quotation software (e-OCR):

- Prioritize and coordinate users requests towards IT department

- Support e-ocr deployment in relevant front-offices, to give them more autonomy and business reactivity, and to increase the hit rate within the units (training, and creation/modification of documentation associated to the tool)

- Deploy tendering tools - e-ocr in relevant transformer units: ensure sure that the % of usage reach 100% in a mid term

- Ensure administration and maintenance of e-ocr (update of prices, accessories and associated pictures, technical rules, delivery schedules, update on the word models in several languages, update of commercial references, transport and packing costs, report extracts and associated datas analyse, creation/modification of users access)
