Partner Smart Space is one integral component of 3 connected components making up the Division of the Partner Business. The Partner Business is made up of Retail, Projects and Eco Business.

Are you up to the challenge of joining a high performing nationally led sales team, to make your mark and forge a career within a global organisation? As the Smart Space Business Development Manager for Victoria and Tasmania, you will focus on pro-actively growing sales, creating demand and generating a pipeline of work across niche markets, large scale residential developments and bespoke luxury homes alike.

Whilst we do not want to narrow the field, we do believe that instrumental to your success in this role will be your proven track record in Business Development and sales growth across multifaceted markets. Your ability to articulate the value of technology, identify & capitalise on market trends into a pipeline of opportunities will be key to you excelling in this role. You will be driven, possess excellent communications skills and high, positive energy with a savvy mentality when it comes to sales.

A creative story teller with a passion for condensing data into a meaningful value proposition for a varying audience. The ability to think on your feet, whilst consulting and listening is a bonus. Tertiary Qualification in Marketing and/or Sales; or Qualified Electrical/Electronic Certification, coupled with extensive Construction/Residential industry sales and marketing experience with a strong focus on value proposition.
