To manage Philippines, identifying and setting up Retail channels ensure POS growth and meet target of $200,000 USD in 2018 in Philippines.
· Assist the Sales Manager in the development and implementation of Retail Business strategy, programs and plans.
· Manage Retail Partners to drive sales growth in terms of marketing, events and promotions; Increase and promote POS based on goals and objectives.
· Regular visits and reporting of retail shops development and campaigns; Monitor competitions and create strategy.
· Conduct service offer presentations during joint customer visits and roadshows; Create the need for services in customers' perspectives
· Report Service Reseller KPIs status to Sales Manager on a monthly basis focusing on partner pipeline/on-going and opportunity forecasts; Help partners to close deals with end-users
· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineer or Electronics & Communications Engineer.
· Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Channel Sales and familiar with Electrical Distribution equipment; low-medium voltage switchgears, transformers, relays, etc.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners, distributors and resellers.
· Excellent communication skills, can converse in English fluently; Strong personal network within the industry; Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales.
