What do you get to do in this position?

Sales Administrator: Asset Performance:

· Sales Liaison for Asset Portfolio: preparing Master Agreements and license schedules for all license sales. Arrange for any shipments, and/or license requests

· Prepare quotes and provide Transfer Pricing for all regional sales - Software license and Customer FIRST sales

· Coordinate with different departments and regional teams regarding order status, shipping dates, Transfer Pricing

· Maintain customer files with sales contracts and other sales information.

· Other ad hoc activities as requested by Sales team.

· Develop a career in sales and account management

Qualifications :

SKILL

Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires good computer skills, workable knowledge of Microsoft office including word and excel. Needs to be detail oriented and able to coordinate work efforts to meet daily demands.

JOB COMPLEXITY

Needs to be able to logically determine a plan of action to manage customer demands effectively. Needs to understand our process and have a good cross functional working relationship with Legal, Finance, Sales and Delivery. Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring good administrative skills. Needs to be self-motivating.

SUPERVISION

Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under limited supervision.

EXPERIENCE

Typically requires a minimum of 1-4 years of related experience and knowledge of ERP and CRM Systems.
