- Executes the Channel growth action plans aligned with Strategy for Distribution partners assigned
- Saturate his (her) channels
- Improve the competency of distributors for better market coverage.
- Manage the customers ‘portfolio (Customer Retention and Customer Acquisitions)
- Follow and review the Sales execution
- Discover distributors' and the customers' needs, and response them in a timely matter and get feedback on that periodically.
- Collaborate other sales teams – EU, OEM, Panel builder and other sales team- through sharing the information to create new business
· 3+ years of experience for sales of electrical/electronic components to industrial market
· Well-understanding of Distribution Management
· Knowledge of Electrical business field
· The Bachelor of electrical engineering preferred
· English Speaking is preferred
