Based in Adelaide, the role of Safety and Environment Business Partner / Rehabilitation RTW Coordinator is a critical position for Schneider Electric. Key responsibility will range from developing and promoting a culture of safety and wellbeing across the South Australia region through the creation of specific programs, policies and practices to supporting our injured employees return to work through positive initiative and programs. In addition, this role will provide operational support and advice to managers and staff, ensuring compliance and adherence to current legislation and maintaining necessary certifications.
We are looking for a tenacious, skilled and highly driven Health and Safety Professional who has demonstrated experience in areas such as Incident and Injury Management, Culture, Training, rehabilitation, HSE Management Strategy and Health, Safety and the Environment gained ideally within an Industrial environment. You have successfully managed culture change and implemented innovative programs and initiatives in your previous roles. You are an articulate and confident communicator with the skills and experience to think on your feet and problem solve whilst building and sustaining effective and lasting partnerships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. Formal qualifications in OH&S, Workplace Training and Rehabilitation are essential
