Responsible to standardize production methods, drive continuous improvements, ensure reliability in the production process and guarantee productivity performance of the assembly line with the expected level of safety, quality, cost & time.

Job Duties:

■ Productivity: provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements; and guarantee the correct use of resources and staffing to match production plan.

■ Standardize: ensure reliability, consistency and performance in the production process and meet SPS (Schneider Performance System) and complete standardize work instruction documentation.

■ Improve: develop standard operation routines utilizing lean tools; implement workstation and layout design to minimize waste and balance work content and material flow; prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

■ Digitize: contribute to the Global Smart Factory Strategy by implementing the latest technology (Augmented Reality, Data Analytics, IoT, Paperless, digital Twin, Blockchain)

Qualifications :

Skills and Qualifications:

Dealing with complexity, Informing Others, Leadership, Supervision, Hardware Specifications, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Presenting Technical Information, CAD Design, IT Skills, Analytical Skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering.

A minimum of 3 years related experience in manufacturing process

Able to work well with both technical and non-technical personnel

Proficient on digital tools preferred
