Maintenance Technician

Manufacturing Engineering Department

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the ‘first responder' to all process and equipment related issues on the production floor. This includes to repair, maintain and build automated test equipment and applications, keep all processes and equipment in good working condition, ensure maintenance and calibration of equipment is up to date and escalate issues to higher levels if needed.

What do you get to do in this position?
· React to all kind of equipment and process issues as soon as they occur
· Repair, maintain and build test equipment, tools and machines
· Improve the performance of equipment and our automation processes
· Establish and execute maintenance routines and equipment calibrations
· Monitor performance of test equipment and improve its uptime

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:
·  You have experience with automated test equipment
·  You are aware of safety/electrical safety procedures (LOTO, electrical safety codes etc)
·  You are interested in working in a test/automation and production environment
·  You have an education and experience in troubleshooting automated test equipment
·  You are organized and hands-on in structured de-bugging and troubleshooting
·  You have knowledge of Lean Production and Total Productive Maintenance
