Intern - Junior Channel Development Manager

Through this mission the intern will be part of the Global EcoBuilding Commercial team and in particular the Global Channel Partner program team.The EcoXpert Program is our Global partner program.

The intern will be working directly with the Digital Operation Manager of this team and will be involved in the following missions:

· Support the EcoXpert Channel global team by defining, developing and implementing specific partner management processes and tools to support the expansion of the EcoXpert partner program
· Help refine the end to end partner digital journey from partner recruitment to network animation to ensure a strong digital experience and partner satisfaction.
· Support countries in every stages of their digital projects and process implementations.
· Contribute to the reporting and internal communication around this company strategic partner program.
· Contribute to the digital marketing initiatives.

Main tasks:

· Animation of internal community of stakeholders around the EcoXpert program. Strong involvement in the internal communication around the program.
· Definition, deployment and support in the implementation of dedicated Partner Management processes in CRM tools enabling countries to fully managed their EcoXpert partners.
· Administration of partner management digital platforms. This mission includes the constant evaluation of our internal CRM tools and the description of new business requirements to our IT department.
· Direct support of global channel teams and countries to help them deploy all our program dedicated platforms, understand and implement our partner management processes, help with database administration.
· Ad hoc projects around digital marketing such as search engine optimization campaigns for our web sites and demand generation campaigns.
· Provide visibility on program performance through ongoing and ad hoc reporting activities
· Contribute to the digital marketing initiatives.

Required skills:

· Strong analytical & problem solving skills; ability to screen for information from multiple sources

· Capacities to clearly understand and transform standard business needs and requirements into platform and functionality specifications.

· Fast learning capacity; ability to quickly absorb information on various topics and synthesize it to make meaningful conclusions

· Structured thinking and ability to work under time pressure

· Communication skills, open-mindedness, ability to communicate with counterparts from different parts of organization

· Good MS PowerPoint skills; report writing skills, ability to build models in MS Excel

Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English
