The Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE) supports the North America Operation and offers an exciting opportunity to solve key business challenges through leading edge data analytics, predictive modeling and customer insights.

As a Data Guru, your role will be to deliver data and insights to our internal business partners so that they can make the best decisions possible to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

To help you discover your passion, in your first 18 months you will have rotational assignments in analytics, data architecture and visualizations with opportunities for in-depth learning about our products, customers and business. Rotational assignments may be across functional areas such as sales, product quality, customer care and manufacturing. At the end of each rotation, you will present your project and findings to the executive leaders.

Track Descriptions:

Analytics: Work closely with business partners on the data demand side to understand the dimensionality of their data. Supporting ongoing operational reporting needs as well as helping with new build outs. Leverage and grow fundamental analysts' skills like ETL and data quality.

Architecture: Working on making sure our team's data warehouse and other data sources are structured, documented and updated as cleanly as possible. You'll put to work your API integration skills, SQL coding, and other data handling/housing skills.

Visualization: Working on one of the most important parts of the data process – telling the story. You'll build interactive and informatively beautiful visualizations that the business partners can quickly consume and act.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be a good fit if you have:
·  Recent Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics or Computer Science
·  1-2 years coursework with advanced data mining algorithms such as machine learning, and logistic/linear regression solutions
·  Coursework with ingesting, analyzing and summarizing large data sets
·  Strong passion for data and analytics
·  Ability to use quantitative methods and apply to business problems
·  Excellent time and project management skills
·  Strong troubleshooting and investigative skills
·  Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
·  Fluency in one or more languages/tools such as SQL/Java/R/Python/SAS and Tableau/Alteryx/Informatica
·  Positive attitude and intellectually curious with a passion to learn
