· Support Customer Delivery Experience Analytics to drive collaborative improvement actions with all stakeholders.
· Enable and facilitate the digitization of processes and tools.
· Develop logistics improvement projects tailored to country business models and meeting customers' needs.
· Understand the business context of countries and translate these business requirement to system functionality and operational activities.
· Manage the overall deployment of project amongst key stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of projects.
