T he VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

1/ Organise all transport flows to step up operational excellence (on-time delivery & delivery complaint rate)

2/ Build productivity budget and drive related initiatives & action plan to reach productivity ambition

3/ Manage carriers performance for Distribution Centers & Plants of the territory / implement related action plan to increase

4/ Support Territory Senior Transport Manager

5/ Support deployment of key transformation projects

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Profile and Competencies


Education: Master 1/ Master 2 – in Transport, Logistic or Supply Chain Management

Technical Field: Transportation & Warehousing

Work experience needed: Internship or working experience in the field

Requested languages: English / French/ Other Language are a plus

Personal abilities or skills:

-Result oriented

-Synthetic by nature but with good analytical abilities, problem-solving and organizational skills

-Master advanced Information System user with strong interest in logistics software and new communication technologies that ease quick and user-friendly communication.

-Excellent communicator, strong at negotiating with external parties and encouraging win/win collaboration inside Schneider Electric.

-Creative and eager to bring & deploy at a fast pace innovation into the last mile delivery
