T he VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

Main missions
1/ As Finance Business Partner Junior you are responsible for providing financial and decision support to the relevant stakeholders (Plant manager, Cluster Finance Manager, Purchasing Finance controller)

2/ Cost accounting and monthly closing: calculate provisions, inventory, prepare accruals for Base costs, prepare all elements and validate P&L (link with accounting Shared Service)

3/ Performance management : capture main KPI'S as reported by group (material and labour performance) and prepare Upstream margin and analysis

4/ Forecasts : Support in preparing quarterly Business Reviews, from sales to performance, comparing actual vs forecasts and coaching supporting managers

5/ Calculate Annual Transfer prices in line with GSC policy : Run the Annual Costing Campaign, maintain costing during the year, investigate material variances and challenge overhead costs distribution

Qualifications :

• Education: Master in engineering School or MBA

• Technical Field: Economic and Financial

• Work experience needed: first experience in Controlling, preference in manufacturing, with SAP knowledge

• Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge):
English and French fluent
