Job description

Overview of Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Search Specialist is responsible for finding the right candidates to match hiring requirements using direct, targeted and innovative search techniques. The role also defines strategic recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategy as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas, while ensuring adherence to applicable local and corporate regulations.
· Manage the entire recruiting cycle from the time requisition is received up to the time the candidate is on-boarded
· Conducts market intel specific to roles supported providing insights and analysis that can be used by business
· Hunts and manages networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
· Supports and promotes the company brand in view of hiring the best possible talent through creations and optimization of different sourcing channels. Support and maintain employment advertising campaigns, college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs.
· Supports team or other team members on specific project based hiring requirements through developing appropriate strategies.
· Develop specialized knowledge within own discipline; Deepens knowledge through exposure to new assignments and continuous learning. Knowledge of related industry considerations.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:
·  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
·  Minimum of three (3) years total work experience, preferably strongest experience in Talent Acquisition
·  Experience in hiring and building a strong pipeline of various roles and talents; Strong and effective stakeholders' engagement or account management with influencing skills.
·  Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize & manage well in an environment with competing demands; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
·  Proven capability & the ability to deliver results in collaboration with a highly-engaged team in fast changing & a fast-paced environment; Creative / Innovative and excellent communications skills.
·  Work location Ortigas with travel requirements.
