What do you get to do in this position? .

As a member of the Industry Global Marketing team, the Systems Integrator Marketing Manager will be responsible to work in close collaboration with the Industry commercial team, for the purpose of developing a holistic channel marketing and communications plan. While performing this global role, the Systems Integrator Marketing Manager will support the needs of the channel by developing strategic messaging and content, supporting AMSP and associated initiatives, conducting customer research and journey mapping, creating a co-marketing plan, supporting channel enablement and readiness, and driving engagement for digital partner platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Build a holistic marketing and communication plan targeting Industrial Systems Integrator Channel. Gather insights from System Integrator channel partners, conduct market research and develop content to support the plan.

• Ensure alignment of system integrator marketing plan with end user marketing plans to drive demand generation.

• Support Annual Marketing & Sales Planning for the channel (AMSP) to tighten global and local planning and execution.

• Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive value propositions to serve as foundational guidelines and to support strategic channel messaging.

• Develop System Integrator channel specific content, and influence internal sales and marketing stakeholders to drive channel messaging and values in their End User and SI content creation.

• Build engagement plan, and drive associated content collation to support Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and SI Alliance Program digital partner platforms to ensure the needs of the System Integration partners are met

• Establish co-marketing guidelines and plans that will support both Schneider Electric and “elite” status partners. Manage co marketing budget and establish and monitor related KPIs.

• Develop partner insight and customer journey mapping for the purpose of documenting the requirements of Systems Integrators and their end users through the various stages of the project lifecycle.

• Conduct analysis surrounding competitor partner marketing and programs for the purpose of improving System Integrator partnership experiences and communications.

• Support SI global events and channel related event content

• Manage and develop channel enablement content to support sales readiness

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing and/or business management

• Advanced degree a plus




Job Related Experience:

• Minimum 6/8+ years of experience in leading or supporting channel marketing and/or marketing communications

• Ideal to have 3+ years of experience in multi-national organization

• Strong digital marketing understanding and background

Other Skills & Requirements

• High degree of initiative, pro-active management, and leadership skills

• Able to prioritize, and set clear expectations with stakeholders

• Strong program management leadership

• Able to work in a multifunctional team and with global teams and different cultures

• Able to work in/with remote teams and management

• Open to change and must embrace the concept of continuous improvement

• Ability to travel 10-20% (domestic and international)

• Strong written and verbal communication in English
