Your responsibilities

· Direct consulting with corporate clients on the creation and execution of strategic initiatives
· Delivering to improve our clients' corporate sustainability performance
· Support sales team to deliver against revenue targets in line with overall growth plan
· Meeting and exceeding annual and quarterly targets
· Collaborate with multiple teams and departments within Schneider Electric
· Be prepared to travel to prospect meetings as required

About you

· The ideal candidate will be educated to a degree level in sustainability, engineering, science or business.
· We are looking for an ambitious and driven candidate with previous experiences within a corporate sustainability role or in a consulting advisory role. Previous professional experiences in consulting on corporate sustainability issues in a commercia environment, with a strong knowledge of regulations, reporting and industry drivers are advantageous.
· You should have a strong knowledge of corporate sustainability programs and the issues facing the leaders in this space.
· Previous experiences with environmental reporting program requirements, regulatory, voluntary or quality are advantageous. In addition you are able to demonstrate subject matter expertise in sustainability or energy related topic desirable, for example: renewable energy, life cycle analysis, carbon footprinting, natural capital.
· Fluent in German & English with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Any additional language is an asset.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment, CRM systems (salesforce.com or equivalent).
· Personal qualities such as: self-driven, autonomous, influential, perseverant, reliable, direct, curious and creative.
