As Sustainability and Energy Solution Architect within the Energy and Sustainability Services division you will be a part of our International Sales Team which is not only the leading sales organization within our global market place but also one of the fastest growing, innovative and dynamic teams within the Schneider Electric Group. In this position you will be supporting the sales by creating and developing offers for our clients, large and multinational organizations headquartered in EMEA as well as managing the deliveries of these projects.

Your responsibilities

· Focus on new business development to support business leads generation and new opportunities within the French & South Europe region
· Have a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and our global services and software portfolio. Based on this understanding, you will recognize and articulate appropriate approaches to address gaps and enhance and communicate strengths in a way that meets customer needs and differentiate us from the competition.
· Become a key contributor to assist in tailoring the global portfolio to address the needs of the EMEA market.
· Collaborate with multiple sales teams and multi-national marketing teams in order to execute and orchestrate customer solutions.
· Be prepared to undertake occasional national and international travel .

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Diploma of Engineer or Master in Energy Management with minimum 3 to 6 years of experience
·  We are looking for an ambitious and driven candidate with a track record of delivering and managing consulting projects successfully in the fields of climate change, energy, cleantech, sustainability, reporting, etc.
·  Problem solving capabilities and creative mindset to support offer development and value proposition creation and contribute to business development
·  Dep expertise in climate, sustainability and energy related topics
·  Excellence in customer facing and presentation skills in the context of delivering consulting projects
·  Business development & Sales related experience appreciated
·  Fluent in French & English with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Any additional language is an asset
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment, CRM systems (salesforce.com or equivalent)
·  Personal qualities such as: self-driven, autonomous, influential, perseverant, reliable, direct, curious and creative
