What do you get to do in this position?

This internship is an opportunity to work with a dynamic, collaborative team, supporting Schneider Electric North American Strategy and Enablement, for the IT Division.

Responsibilities include:

Strategy

· Competitive Research

· Market, Industry or Segment Specific Research

· Market Analysis

· Trend Reporting

Enablement

· Analyst and Industry Expert identification, administrative liaison with Schneider Electric Analyst relations team

· Social Engagement, Digital, and Peer-to-Peer learning administration (including internal and extrenal tools/platforms: Yammer, LinkedIn, Spice Portal, Tableau,BfO/Salesforce, MLL, Other)

· Tracking and Analysis of all Enablement Programs and activities – INTEL (our Learning & Development Program), segment specific education, Hoshin (Plans of Record), survey data

· Liaison between Sales Operations, Rewards & Recognition

Administrative & Communication

· Track budget spend
· Communications Tools and Platforms including: On24/Streaming, Webex, and Conference Calls
· Coordinate Enablement Program on-location activities to include booking conference room space, room set up and technology requirements, catering, conference call requirements, invitee/attendee lists and any other on-location specific needs
· Email management, INTEL program distribution lists and invites, coordination with SVP admin and sales leaders for relevant org changes and updates
· Coordinate Enablement calendar and program invites with Subject Matter Experts and team
· Strategy and Business Development Team Calendar

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

·  Pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Degree, Marketing, Management, Communications or related Degree
·  · Have skills in researching and analyzing results
·  · Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
