Dans le même temps, la fonction Supply Chain Planning a besoin de développer ses compétences et sa maturité, pour fournir le meilleur à nos clients et en termes de résultats business.

Raison d'être :

Aider à mettre en place une offre de formation riche et engageante sur le Supply Chain Planning, la rendre attractive et digitale, et couvrir les sujets sur lesquels Schneider Electric veut renforcer fortement la performance comme le Collaborative Sales forecast.

Perimètre :

· Ce stage se déroule au sein de la Global supply Chain Academy, qui rapporte à Global Human resources.
• Il se situe à Grenoble, avec quelques deplacements possibles

• Le périmètre est mondial, et demande à travailler et collaborer avec notre program manager situé en Inde, l'équipe GSC Academy et les experts de GSC, répartis dans le monde.

Mission et taches principales:

· Travailler avec les experts pour aider à élaborer des supports de formation attractifs, qui pourront être transformés en e-learning avec nos développeurs ou fournisseurs externes
• Analyser le feed-back des utilisateurs sur les cours de Supply Chain Planning, afin de définir les ameliorations necessaires, et mettre en evidence les facteurs de succès clés pour atteindre une forte satisfaction des apprenants .

Durée du stage : 6 mois.

This is a 6 month internship

Reason of being

Help to set rich and engaging learning offers on the Supply Chain Planning, to make it attractive to learn digitally, and to address the topics on which Schneider Electric want to strongly reinforce the performance, like the collaborative sales forecast

Perimeter

· This internship is within the Global Supply Chain Academy, which reports to Global Human Resources
• Main location will be Grenoble, with potential travel

• The perimeter is world-wide, and will require to work and partner with our program manager located in India, the GSC Academy team and the GSC experts, located worldwide.

Main missions and tasks

· Work with the experts to help setting engaging learning material, that can be translated into e-learning with our designers or external suppliers
• Analyse the feed-back on the Supply Chain Planning courses, in order to define the needed improvement, and highlight the key success factors to reach a great satisfaction of the learners

Profil recherché:

Niveau de formation: BAC + 5

Spécialité: gestion de projets internationaux

Qualités et competences

·  Management de projet
·  Capacité d'influence, bonne communication, synthèse et pédagogie
·  Capable de travailler dans un environnement multi-culturel et multi-lingues : Anglais obligatoire, le Français est un plus.
·  Connaissance en Supply Chain

·  Influencing skills, good communicator, Instructional design
·  Work easily in multi-cultural and multi-lingual context: English is mandatory, French is a plus
