Offrir une forte attractivité des offres digitales d'apprentissage que nous offrons aux travailleurs et à notre communauté Smart Factory, grâce à la mise en place d'un nouvel outil d'apprentissage digital et mobile, ainsi qu'à l'amélioration de la façon dont nous utilisons nos outils d'apprentissage digital actuels /

Provide a strong attractivity of the digital learning offers that we are providing to workers and to our Smart Factory community, thanks to the implementation of new digital and mobile learning tool, as well as the improvement of the way we use our current digital learning tools.

Périmètre / Perimeter

- Ce stage se fait au sein dela Global Supply Chain Academy, Global Human Resources.

- Emplacement principal: Grenoble

- Le périmètre est mondial, et nécessitera de travailler en partenariat avec l'équipe de la Global Supply Chain Academy, ainsi qu'avec des experts et HRBP de la Supply Chain.

- This internship is within the Global Supply Chain Academy, which reports to Global Human Resources

- Main location will be Grenoble

- The perimeter is world-wide, and will require to work and partner with the Global Supply Chain Academy team, as well as some experts and HRBP from the Supply Chain

Missions et tâches principales / Main missions and tasks

Animer l’implementation de nouveaux contenus de formation dans nos outils de learning, avec les responsables de catalogue

Soutenir la création d'expériences d'apprentissage (appelées pathways) dans EdCast (nouvel outil d'apprentissage mobile) pour fournir un contenu d'apprentissage attractif.

Contribuer à animer et gérer les « Channels » de EdCast

Accroître l'attrait de l'offre d'apprentissage actuelle en associant une image attrative aux diverses offres d'apprentissage de GSC academy.

Mesurer et analyser l'impact de la mise en œuvre sur les habitudes d'apprentissage de nos employés.

Animate the work with the catalogue leaders to implement new Learning contents in our learning system

Support the creation of Learning experiences (called pathway) in EdCast (new tool for mobile learning) to provide compelling learning content

contribute to animate and manage EdCast Channels

Increase the attractivity of the current learning offer through the association of compelling tile picture to the various learning offers of GSC academy

Measure and analyse the impact of the implementation on the learning habits of our employees

Utilisation des outils numériques et des médias sociaux/ Used to digital tools and social media usage

Curiosité et autonomie / Curiosity and autonomy

Travailler facilement dans un contexte multiculturel et multilingue: l'anglais est obligatoire, l'espagnol ou le français est un plus / Work easily in multi-cultural and multi-lingual context: English is mandatory, Spanish or French is a plus

Bonnes aptitudes à la communication / Good Communication skills
