o Distribute and communicate any updates to social policies to the local teams

o Manage day-to-day engagement operations for multiple social media channels , moderating and responding to comments, and fielding customer support requests

o Understand the importance of triaging - Escalates to management / departments as appropriate

o Level of Understanding Schneider that simple queries by customers can be taken care of/answered at first instance

o Understand Processes and Social Customer care in particular

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent

· Proficient in English writing skills

· 2+ years' experience in digital media, marketing, social media

·  Deep knowledge of social Media platforms and social media tools for engagement and listening (knowledge of Sprinklr a plus )
·  Desired knowledge of SEO practices, Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics ..etc

· Meets all identified team and individual performance metrics, goals and deadlines in a fast paced, ever changing, high performing team based environment.
