Opening for an experienced US Services Sales. The US Service Sales member will grow our current service portfolio across the US. This includes researching and identifying potential customers, meeting with potential and existing customers, discussing Schneider Electrics approach to Services and the impact on plant performance, and ultimately negotiating and closing significant service contracts.

Responsibilities

· Develop a plan to increase Schneider Electrics customer base in vital markets

· Achieve agreed-upon targets for both MW volume and gross margin

· Screen, recognize and capture prospect data for the Service business, targeting owners or managers of energy generation assets

· Develop and present business solutions to customers, prospects and other business stakeholders with the purpose of establishing commercial relations and new sales for the Service Business

· Negotiate Service contracts for renewable assets respecting approved term sheets and internal procedures, maximizing the generated value for the company and prioritizing customer retention

· Identify available PV installations for monitoring, claims and warranty management opportunities

· Obtain necessary information to independently analyze and further qualify opportunities and proposals

· Successfully drive and negotiate deals through final stages of commitment with the help of all available resources to close business in alignment with quarterly/annual sales goals

· Manage smooth transactions from sales to operational fulfilment to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction, while working to obtain referral business

· Work with existing partners and prospects to build a close, binding relationship, developing a clear understanding of their current and future needs

· Work with Service operations director to ensure the company is position correctly to meet these requirements

· Generate, identify and contact leads through different sources of trade publications

· Actively participate in trade shows and conferences

· Collect and share competitive information as well as market entry and territory data from the field to assist in marketing strategies as well as to define sales and business development activities

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Qualifications

· Bachelor degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or similar degree

· 3-5 years of experience in Renewables

· 5 + years selling experience, including 3+ years in Service sales

· Proven experience in O&M/Service contracts negotiation and budgeting

· Excellent teamwork, communication and people skills a must

· Has a solid time management system and demonstrates excellent organizational skills

· Track record of achievement and career progression

· Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures for the solar and service industry

· Demonstrated ability to find and close new prospects

· Strong understanding and knowledge of renewables industry (i.e. the main stakeholders, asset owners, asset managers and key competitors)

· Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time across the United States.
