What would some of your responsibilities include?

Funciona en problemas de alcance moderado donde el análisis de situaciones o de datos requiere una revisión de una variedad de factores. Ejerce juicio dentro de los procedimientos y prácticas definidas para determinar las medidas apropiadas. Construye relaciones de trabajo productivas internas / externas.

•Proporciona un soporte al cliente altamente visible a través del desempeño de la instalación in situ, así como supervisa cualquier diagnóstico necesario, solución de problemas, servicio y reparación de equipos y sistemas complejos.

•Comprueba y aprueba la calidad operativa del equipo del sistema.

•Insta a los clientes en la operación y mantenimiento del sistema.

•Sirve como enlace de la compañía con el cliente en asuntos administrativos y técnicos para los proyectos asignados.

•Interpreta las necesidades de los clientes y aclara si la responsabilidad de la resolución del problema recae en el personal de ventas, los representantes de soporte al cliente o los ingenieros.

•Este trabajo puede incluir cualquier aspecto del soporte de campo y no se limita al hardware y software del sistema, a las PC y al establecimiento de redes o redes inalámbricas.

Qualifications

•Ingeniero civil, eléctrico, electrónico, mecánico, químico o similar.

•Inglés técnico.

•Experiencia de 2- 4 años en cargos similares.

•Experiencia en problemas de nivel de sistema

•Amplia experiencia en la interacción con los clientes y en las principales interacciones con los clientes, así como en las difíciles interacciones con los clientes (obligatorio)
