Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for YOU to join the team as a service sales specialist.

Your Mission:

Develop, manage and implement a commercial strategy for targeted accounts, engaging customers is a consultative led manner, in order to profitably grow the sales of Schneider Electric Installed Base Services solutions offers, working with all segments and activities to ensure customer and Company satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

Develop, manage and implement a commercial strategy for targeted accounts and segments.

To actively promote applicable Schneider installed base services with target customer base, gaining orders, specification and standardisation throughout the supply chain

Meet or exceed agreed orders targets and objectives for the customer base, market segment and supply chain

To develop robust knowledge of the full Electrical Distribution, at both LV & MV, installed base services offer, and how to apply the offers across the customer lifecycle.

Develop working knowledge of all Services offer portfolio from other lines of business (Buildings, IT ) and competently apply these to customer “pain points”

Maximise width of wallet opportunities for Services

Establish and implement dynamic sales plans in accordance with:-

Best in Sales (BiS) principles

Personal Sales plan (PSP)

Organised and proactive approach to sales planning

Systematic penetration and development of target accounts ensuring all Width of Wallet (WoW)opportunities are pursued.

Effective balance between face to face visits and planning time

In consultation with line manager, constantly review customer base so that the correct balance of target and reactive accounts is maintained

Working with internal colleagues in all Entity Sales, Marketing, Technical and Techno-commercial teams and Countries to ensure effective cross-entity, regional, national and international team co-operation

Ensure that customer issues are owned and resolved by the most appropriate owners within the business units

Provide all relevant accurate information and reporting in a timely manner as required by line manager and feedback to marketing.

To support company initiatives and champion product competency development of other team members

About you:

Technical Services industry background such as Electrical distribution, passenger lifts, TFM, UPS, BMS or other technical M&E background.

Account management Experience.

Sales Oriented and proactive attitude.

Sales Experience of 5 yrs and more.

You will be driven, determined and ambitious; some one who challenges themselves.

Desirable

Background on Electrical distribution, UPS and BMS.

Salesforce tool knowledge.
