Job description



· Welcome Call

- ensure service relationship with customer gets off to the best possible start by contacting customers to welcome them to Field Services and confirm all details in their account and contract are accurate

- determine the preferred schedule of the customer for a preventive maintenance visit or intervention service

· Order Delivery and Closure

- Manage proactively open orders to various teams to facilitate on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

- Notify customer on order delivery status

- Ascertain timely invoicing of delivered or performed orders

· Work Order Management

- Plot and track WOs for completion as planned to eliminate backlogs impacting FSR utilization rate and revenue generation

Qualifications :

·  Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
·  Ability to work in a fast pace environment, under pressure and minimum supervision
·  Able to multi-task effectively, highly organized, with good planning and prioritization system
·  Keen attention to details, high commitment to quality output
·  Experience in coordination, planning or related activities is an advantage
·  Entry-level applicants are also encouraged to apply
