As part of our HR Services team you will act as an HR guide for our employees. You will have the opportunity to navigate them through the world of HR topics and design smart and elegant solutions for them. Join the team of self-driven enthusiasts with passion for HR and can do attitude!

What will you do?

· Ensure sales compensation plan are assigned to appropriate titles and/or positions
· Responsible to validate and upload Quotas/Targets.
· Testing activities associated with new or modified system implementations to ensure that systems are properly configured.
· Responsible to validate and upload the filled-in order templates (KPI attainment data) for the data sources identified on time.
· Understand the data load frequency to schedule the load within defined SLA
· Understand compensation plans to ensure payments are accurate and in compliance.
· Responsible for issue escalations and response to inquiries as requested, ensuring issue and error resolution.
· Field inquiries and requests from Schneider staff about Incent-related issues
· Provide ad hoc performance reports and analysis to a variety of stakeholders of the country/business.
· Support audit deliverables related to compensation payouts
· View Xactly announcements and run and download a series of admin reports, directly from the dashboard
· Perform basic or advanced searches of order and results data across multiple periods
· Display detailed plan information showing both personal data (standard and custom fields) and plan information
· Responsible to validate and upload Sales STIP Plans, Quotas/Targets.
· TL data download is accurate and timely or escalate as needed

Qualifications :

What will help you to be successful?

·  At least 5 years of working experience
·  Ability to collaborate in a matrix organisation, communicate with senior stakeholders from multiple functions (HR, business, IT, etc.)
·  Previous experience in HR administration / payroll / rewards - must have
·  Knowledge of sales incentive programs - nice to have
·  Experience with HR technology - must have
·  Knowledge of Oracle Fusion and Xactly - nice to have
