Job description

Edge is becoming a key strategic piece for the digitization of our offers. Within the IoT & Digital offers organization we're looking for a passionate, experienced and skilled SAFe SCRUM MASTER to help us build the EcoStruxure Edge Framework.

The EcoStruxure Edge Platform team has the responsibilty to build and deliver features from connectivity agent to a full subset of features (computing, machine learning, data storage, ...) embedded in devices and enabling EcoStruxure Technology Platform.

This technical deliverable gives a unique opportunity to work closely with many businesses within Schneider Electric via numerous interactions.

As a SCRUM expert, you will help us define, plan and deliver iterative releases of the Edge framework using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You will work closely with Development, Product Management, Operations, and QA teams.

Responsibilities

As a scrum master you will:
· drive the daily development progress,
· conduct daily Stand-ups,
· identify and remove roadblocks,
· ensure User Stories are detailed,
· be working with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the backlog regularly.

You will be responsible for:

· breaking down and detailing roadmap items into Sprint deliverable User Stories at the team level,
· ensuring what is developed can be tested and ultimately delivered within the Sprint,
· coaching and teaching and leading the team in Agile methodologies, and all that in an international context.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) plus 3-5 years of experience as a SCRUM MASTER.

Strong knowledge in embedded software is mandatory (Linux, microcontroller, C/C++, ...).

This role requires an understanding of basic fundamentals of iterative development, software development processes and procedures. Previous experience in Agility as a scrum master is mandatory.

SAFe experience is highly desired.
