We have a great opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Test & Quality Inspector / Test Associate 1. Openings on 1st and 2nd shift.

The Test & Quality inspector must have a varied range of skills as they may fulfil many roles, from overseeing quality from product on the shop floor, supporting the training department, and acting as a liaison between the Quality function and Engineering & Manufacturing Operations.

The Quality inspector may handle many manufacturing and technical issues and they must be able to comply with different standards, hence they have to be knowledgeable with ISO 9001 or other QA standards in addition to SPS tools.

Candidates must have a 2-year technical degree.

Key role activities:

Su Supporting on customer /technical group QA issues

· Support the creation and sustainability of QA processes within the manufacturing areas

· Review and spot audits on QA control for Continuous Improvement Opportunities

· Reviewing & supporting on operating procedures (work instructions & processes)

· Reviewing & supporting on engineering standards utilized in the manufacturing process

· Supplying information for QA improvements from Audit Activity and Employee Suggestions

· Supporting the Quality Department and the Quality Management System

· Support the implementation and compliance of Quality policies and processes

· Line & manufacturing audits for QA control in a pre test environment

· Attending SIM meetings as QA representative

Key role responsibilities:

· Responsible to support standardization of the quality process, using information collected from the manufacturing operations and then applying problem-solving techniques as needed.

· Responsible for advising/training the production workers in updated work procedures (instructions) and productions and quality related tasks.

· Responsible for supporting the creation, updating, distribution and control of work instructions relating to operational tasks

· Responsible for supporting the quality management of customer complaints

· Responsible for audit support on QA within the manufacturing environment

· Liaison with the production team to ensure QA standards are complied with and deliver information on non conformances from audits/inspections performed.
