Role activities include:

·
Projects follow up to support Rebalancing, QVE and Productivity KPI's

·
Samples tracking and disposition through the areas involved on LAIR/FAIR process:

·
Quality (dimensional analysis, Raw Material and Metal Finishing certificates delivery)

·
Manufacturing (3F's: samples delivery and follow up to get a report signed and loaded in the PPEP)

·
Engineering (labs @ Monterrey, Tlaxcala, Raleigh and Cedar Rapids)

·
Import/Export (documentation and tracking)

·
PLT's meeting (MPL's support): To inform the team about the project execution, deliver samples and reports LAIR vs FAIR, create customer productive order and getting a confirmed due date for testing.

·
PPEP's documentation follow up (Raw material Certs, Metal finishing Certs, etc.)

·
Use of Software related to Project Development (Symphony, CODA, SAP, OTTO, Prism, Microsoft Project).

·
Quality Defects follow up (SQE's support to identify root cause and request 2nd iteration to supplier if necessary or additional dimensions to be included in FAIR report.

·
Samples disposition after being used in Functional or Engineering tests (Scrap), or release to customer.

·
OTTO Follow up with PM and action implementer to meet dates committed.

·
Gather information from cross functional team

·
Validate data from reference spreadsheet and the correspondent plant or system.

·
Support on Control & monitoring project activities.
