What do you get to do in this position?

Responsibilities

· Follow up for the supplier Review the template daily ( they can see the coverage of the raw material, expedites , past due etc)
· Review Open order report with each supplier
· Review and adjust the ROP according to the demand
· UPDATE PIR y SL, LT, Price (price , EOQ, lead time)
· Review the issues that we have with a our broker ( missing invoice, different qty, information part number)
· Provide the Forecast to the supplier
· Create the PPEPS(Request example with the supplier and coordinate with engineer and quality critic dimensions
· Fulfill the ISO9000 y 14000 procedures according to their position.
· Fulfill the Security, RoHS, OHSAS 18000 and C-TPAT procedures as needed by the position

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if You fit the following Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree

· Advanced English level

· At least 3 yrs of experience in Procurement

· Experience with SAP is a plus.

· Understanding of Engineering /Manufacturing Process is a plus

· Capacity for problems analysis and synthesis

· Proficiency in Excel

· Intercultural skills, team spirit, result oriented

· Initiative

· Leadership

· High capacity for communication
