Marketing Project Manager Support (Internship)

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Marketing Communications team and provide project coordination help to achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in coordination of creative assets development with the in-house Creative Studio and external vendors. You will work closely with creative writers and graphic designers and coordinate the communication between them and Project Managers.

As a marketing intern, you will collaborate closely with Energy BU Project Managers at all stages of development of marketing campaigns assets. Your insightful contribution will help develop and deliver communication assets to our stakeholders.

This internship will help you acquire project coordination and marketing skills.

What do you get to do in this position?

· Support Project Managers in projects administrative tasks
· Coordinate projects in online based project management system
· Coordinate communication between Project Managers and the Creative Studio/external vendor
· Asset manage creative assets upon completion into online Asset Library

Qualifications :

What will help you to be successful?
·  Final-year students (educational background related to marketing will be an asset)
·  Availability to work at least 25 hours a week
·  Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
·  Good understanding of project coordination methods
·  Fluent English both spoken and written
·  Very Good verbal and written communication skills
·  Good knowledge of MS Office
