Supplier Quality Engineer

Job description

+ DPMe & DPMi target under control
+ Component receiving from suppliers in compliance with Schneider‘s requirements.
+ Continuous improvement at supplier site on system, process.
Quality supplier (Improve supplier performance by deploying Schneider Supplier Quality Management)
+ Manage QMS of the supplier.
Build audit program, Implement regular audit on QMS system.
Review control plan, process of all products that are shipped to SEMV and SEMV's customer.
Review status of non-conformities of system, products.
+ Monitor supplier performance.
Regularly review the performance of supplier (DPMe, complaints, continuous improvement, change process...)
Regularly review the performance of product requirements on potential products.
+ Deploy the Schneider Supplier Quality
Train/guide for the supplier to apply tools, programs that require by SE.
+ Follow up regularly the action plan built after the visit or audit
+ Follow up G8D for any issues
+ Evaluate first component, change or modify mold/Jig
+ Implement improving project.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Education: Industrial/ Mechanic/ Electronics major university graduated
·  Job-Related Experience: Process Quality / Process Manufacturing (at least 3 years of experience). Priority for experience manage supplier
·  Business Understanding: Molding /Assembly/ Process Audit/ Risk Assessment
·  English – advanced level
