The Manufacturing Engineer provides improvements to increase productivity and quality from pilot run.

• This position is also about providing process support to production to have a smooth and continuous process flow from the start of PCB assembly process up to packaging of finished products.
• The position is likewise responsible in analyzing failure trends and resolving process-related defects to sustain line efficiency.
• Monitors, evaluates, recommends and improves the manufacturing process to increase productivity and reduce DPUs.
• Analyzes failure trends and resolving process-related defects to sustain line efficiency.
• Identifies and implements process cost reductions.

• Develops new manufacturing processes and line improvements.

Must Have a Knowledge and Experience in the following:

Visual basic

SQL server

HTML programming

+ PLC

Desired profile

Qualifications :

• Graduate of any Engineering Course (ECE / EE / ME / IE);
• With at least 3 years of working experience in related function from a high volume electronics manufacturing environment;
• Acquired working knowledge on designing and improving manufacturing processes, yield and productivity improvements and cost reduction;
• Preferably with experience in design, process, test or product engineering;

• Background in SPC, Time & Motion Study and Six Sigma shall be an advantage.
