Job Summary

You will be aligned with our Digital Learning Factory and act as consultant for our internal stakeholder, dealing with the end to end Learning and Development activities.

As part of Digital Learning Factory, you will be responsible for the creation, curation and deployment of various training modules across Schneider Electric.

You will be responsible for Consulting, Instructional Designing where in you will be accountable understand the business requirement and develop sticky-learning solutions using prescribed tools according to Digital Learning Factory process, quality, budget, and milestone standards. Your primary purpose is to manager the learning requirements of the internal stakeholder, creating high-level design specifications, developing training assets (including but not limited to instructor-led training, web-based training, application simulations, performance simulation, videos and blended learning). You will also project manage and will be accountable for the programs developed with the third-party vendors. You will participate in course test activities such as cycle testing, user acceptance, editorial and instructional design checks to properly document problems for issue resolution.

Roles And Responsibilities

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems. Interaction is with peers within Schneider Electric before updating supervisors. Interaction with internal stakeholder and vendors. Minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments will be provided. Decisions made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others. In this role the person would be an Individual contributor.
